WHAT IS THE BLACK Migration Summit?
Inspired by the Great Migration – one of the largest historical movements in which ~6 million Black people migrated from the South to escape racial oppression and move towards greater opportunities – the Black Migration Summit was birthed to support people of the diaspora in their journey of traveling and relocating to countries where they feel safe, valued, and well-positioned for economic success. The Great Migration calls us to reflect on what liberation can look like for us today. Now is our chance to honor the legacy of our ancestors and make bold moves that will secure opportunity and abundance for generations to come!
