Tides & Tea is a monthly life planning & organizing session for women who desire to navigate life through the lunar cycles. Around every New & Full Moon, we gather with our favorite tea blends, our wisdom, reflection and together we prepare for alignment.

As we sip our tea and set our goals we create nurture an ecosystem that will help us build out our next steps with love and clarity. The more we understand how the planetary systems can help shape our vision the less overwhelm we'll feel about integrating our current chapter and beginning the next with preparation and confidence.
